We welcome you in this beautiful and large villa of contemporary architecture of 256m² for a comfortable stay with family or friends all year round. You will appreciate the calm and rest in this residential area with all the water sports, sports and summer activities nearby. Spacious and bright, this holiday rental is laid out on one level and offers a 60m² living room with flat screen TV, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 cooking rings, electric oven, fridge with freezer), 3 bedrooms (2 king size beds 180x200, 1 bed 140), a relaxation lounge, 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, one of which is independent, a laundry room (washing machine, dryer), wifi, a utility room , a private garage. We have baby equipment. A closed private garden of 1300m² is available as well as a beautiful covered terrace facing south of 30m² with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha. Out of season, we have the possibility of offering you this rental for 4 people (by closing part of the house comprising 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180, the lounge area, a shower room with wc): in this case, a reduction of 100€ per week will be offered to you. The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay. The price does not include: Heating charge of €8 per day Baby equipment, Wifi, Single storey, Enclosed garden, Freezer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Tumble dryer, Deckchairs, Long stay, Terrace, Garden, Garage, Business rental, Ground floor, Detached house, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, private sanitary facilities, plancha, garden furniture.
