This exceptional villa has been recently restored and is located in one of the most beautiful locations in Provence. From this villa you have a breathtaking panoramic view over the hinterland of the Cote d`Azur to the Mediterranean Sea. In the garden there is a private 40 m2 overflow swimming pool and about 60 olive trees spread over 5 terraced steps. At any time of the year this villa is ideal. The villa itself is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, as well as all comforts to spend an exceptional vacation. From the parking area (on 2 levels for up to 4 cars) you enter a newly furnished villa in the center of which is a living-dining room with open kitchen and fireplace and TV. While they dine they look out over the beautiful surroundings. You can also dine for breakfast on a separate terrace and enjoy the magnificent view.

3 bedrooms are located on the same level and from each bedroom you have direct access to the balcony. Here you will also find a room with its own home theater and big screen for very special movies. The open kitchen is brand new and offers all modern comforts. On this floor you will also find 1 bathroom with toilet and a guest toilet. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with an open large bathroom and bathtub.

Below the living area there is a large covered terrace shaded by a wonderful tree. Next to the pool is another terrace with sun loungers. On one of the lower levels there is a pizza oven with a small terrace. Here you can bake pizza or your own bread in the evening.

This villa leaves nothing to be desired. A luxury vacation for demanding guests. It is about 2 km to Seillans. Seillans has made a great name for itself as one of the small romantic villages of Provence. Here you can already find wonderful restaurants. The German artist Max Ernst settled here. Today you can find here a small museum about his life and his works. But from the villa you can also reach Fayence in about 15 minutes by car. All stores, wonderful restaurants at reasonable prices, exclusive wines and a weekly market can be found here. To Cannes you drive only 30 minutes, to Nice/airport about 35-40 minutes. It takes 30-40 minutes to St. Tropez or one of the beautiful Mediterranean beaches. By car you can reach Seillans in about 15-16 hours from Hamburg. A trip you will never forget.
