Summary: The hotel in room amenities were non existent. The hotel also had a parking policy that was not explained clearly when booking which was €15 a day as we stayed 4 days thus was an unexpected bill. Also there was not kettle in the room and the bedding was minimal. They said they would rent us a coffee machine for our room but then we would have to use the vending machines for hot water €2.8 for a half cup. Very very disappointed as the hotel looks lovely. I will definitely never use this chain of hotels again or recommend them to anyone. Very poor.
