Beautiful large modern apartment spread over two floors (ground & 1st) with a balcony & a large garden area. Modern bathroom, kitchen & sitting room. Free Wifi, all amenities such as, cooker, washing machine, kettle, microwave etc. It is in the heart of trendy Northcote Road & 8mins walk to Clapham Junction station, with direct trains to Gatwick, Victoria & Waterloo Numerous buzzy restaurants, bars & shops for any budget. Parks & Common closeby Free Parking for 1 car The space The apartment is 800 sq. foot and spread over 2 floors. It is very spacious with 2 double bedrooms, large kitchen 1.5 bathrooms, large lounge area with balcony which can sleep an additional 2 guests due to New double-sized Sofa bed. The apartment has wooden floors throughout. The apartment can fit up to 6 guests .A super location, close to Clapham Junction & surrounded by 24 hour services, lovely bars and restaurants. It has great transport links to both the heart of London (10 minutes into Victoria or Waterloo) and also to Gatwick airport (30 minutes). It also has transport links to Heathrow via Victoria or Via Brompton Road where you can pick up the Piccadilly line tube. The apartment in the heart of trendy Northcote road but is set off from the main road in a courtyard where other apartments are situated. There are lots of great restaurant, bars and supermarkets very close by where you can enjoy the vibrant of the area. Therefore you can relax in calm of this tucked away Street, while being only few minutes’ walk from social life. There are lots of parks and commons closeby where famous festivals and events are held. Safe, highly desirable & friendly area. Our check in time is from 3pm to 8pm. These times can be re-negotiated if both guest parties agree. This apartment is on the doorstep of trendy Northcote road with independent shops, bars, restaurants, cafes & boutiques. It is only ten minutes walking distance from Clapham Junction train station so within minutes you can be anywhere in London exploring places such as The West End, the City, Chelsea and Wimbledon (Tennis). Clapham Junction also has rail links all across the country so sights such as Stonehenge, the Roman baths of Bath and the infamous colleges of Oxford and Cambridge are so easy to get to. You can also get a train directly from Gatwick airport to Clapham Junction and has good transport links to Heathrow airport so it's great for foreign visitors. The apartment is very close by to the leafy Clapham Common where famous festivals and event are held and Battersea Park which is minutes from Chelsea. So even though you're in the heart of London, you can still relax and enjoy the greenery. Supermarkets The cooperative and spar in just a couple minutes walking distance. Lidl and Asda can be reached within a 10 minutes walk. Restaurants There are restaurants that offer food from all over the world such as, all Mediterranean, International etc and tradition British food.
