Positive: All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Had a minor power-supply issue in my room which was dealt with efficiently - they very pro-actively looked into the cause of the problem to fix it once and for all. Room was perfectly clean and spacious, plenty of sockets to charge my devices; very good use of space as well. Great location, right opposite the train station yet only a 10-minute walk away from the city centre.

Negative: Water pressure in the shower not great, although this seems to be the case in another hotel I stayed in Normandy, perhaps a regional issue? No problem with the taps though.
