Chalet Loup in Alpe d’Huez ski resort boats an enviable location at the foot of the slopes, with two pistes flanking either side of our chalets, making this the ultimate ski in ski out location. From the lower floors of the chalet you have lovely views over the charming cobbled courtyard, whilst from the upper floors there are views across to the slopes of Les Bergersto the front and behind the chalet of the Rond Points des Pistes. The town centre is a pleasant 10 minutes’ walk away, where you’ll find a vibrant resort, with plenty of great bars, restaurants and shopping, plus an outdoor ice rink and swimming pool. If you don’t fancy the walk into town, then take the aerial route as the nearby caged gondola lift can transport you to different parts of the resort. Entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor, where you’ll find a ski and boot room on entry, so you can safely store your equipment and keep it warm and dry. Take a right after entering and you’ll find a downstairs WC just by the stairs, or follow the corridor to the end and on the left you’ll find the wonderful spa facilities that this chalet has to offer, with an indoor sauna, shower and hot tub.
