Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The owner wasn’t present, so we followed the instructions to pick up the key. This is a B&B: you stay in spare rooms in someone else’s cabin. On the guest floor, there’s your room with a bathroom plus two rooms for the owners’ children, so privacy can be limited if others are there. That said, the room and bathroom were excellent. The room is small but cleverly designed, with ample storage and hooks—very cozy. The bathroom is spacious, with a sink perfect for washing sportswear, and the heating worked perfectly. Parking is in front of the garage, away from the main road. Since we were the only guests, it was absolutely perfect.

Negative: Since this is designed for guests to follow written instructions, providing them in English alongside French would help. I had to translate everything just to find out what the two other rooms on my floor were. To do that, I first had to find Wi‑Fi because the reception there was quite poor.
