El GRAND FAMILIAL welcomes you for your pleasure in a peaceful setting located in a neat little hamlet, ideal place for large families and without annoying overcrowding.
You can have one side of the house a room with open kitchen (+ back kitchen), overlooking a living room with open fireplace fully restored with exposed beams. As an extension you can have a second large room also equipped with a fitted kitchen that can accommodate up to about 25 people.
You also have two bedrooms on the ground floor with a double bed, bathroom and WC. Upstairs, a large landing overlooking both a play and reading corner for children, a TV corner equipped with a DVD player, a sleeping area with a sofa bed and a 90 cm bed. This set serving 3 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom and WC.
This old (1900) and restored property is bordered by outbuildings (insulating from the small road as well as a small wall), trees and hedges. On the south-east facade, view of the terrace through a bay window, view of the trees and a lawn, bordering with its flowers and small logs a gravelled course.
To the right of the courtyard on the facade side, a beautiful old barn with table tennis table at your disposal. Possibility of parking several cars in the yard. As an extension of the garden, you can go and pet dwarf goats used to human contact and free in a fenced meadow.
