It has 3 double bedrooms, modern kitchen, lounge dining area, 2 bathrooms & a toilet. Off the dining room patio doors there is a large terrace with electric awning, table & chairs for 6, perfect for alfresco dining with steps to our private 10 x 5 m heated salt water pool with roman steps, alarm system for safety and ample sunbathing furniture. Solar heated shower at pool. The pool has views across the valley. Tiled conservatory at rear of house. The completely secluded gardens & ground extend to nearly 3 acres, which are mainly in lawns with shrubs and a few fruit & mature trees for shade, handy for a siesta! Ideal house for chilling out and using as a base for touring the Dordogne region & the many excellent vineyards. Bergerac airport is served by Ryanair, Jet2 & BA flights & is 15 minutes from the house. We regret we cannot cater for young children, pets & is not suitable for wheelchair users.
