- a very bright living room ,with sofa and TV,
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room,
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed,
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a shower room with Italian shower and WC,
- a laundry room with washing machine.

🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas: a bedroom with double bed, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

⭐ Travel in comfort with the facilities in the flat, such as a TV, kitchen facilities (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided)), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

📺 The TV is a Smart TV: you don't have the TV channels, but you have all the streaming apps (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) - subscriptions not provided.
