Positive: Came with shuttle bus from Geneva, but don't rely on the advised path of Google Maps as the hotel is close to everything and perfectly walkable. The owners are very friendly and their dog always welcomed us. The room was super clean and the temperature was just perfect (there is no AC but radiators of the better type). Room had mountain view which is a must have especially when snowing. They have daily cleaning, the beds are comfortable and didn't have any noise from nearby rooms. We were with kid so I have to disagree on negative reviews about room size, claiming not suitable for them, it is just perfectly fine. Hotel has dedicated parking space but didn't used. There is no elevator since it is a classic-style family hotel.
