A spacious, comfortable and cheerful 17th cent. house right in the historical centre of the medieval town of Saint-Marcel (Department Centre - Loire Valley)). It features 2 double bedrooms with a fascinating downhill view, a large lounge area+fully equipped kitchen and a small private garden.
A20 is appr. a 3-5min drive. Vast free parking. A local restaurant is at hand; a big supermarket is in 600m.
