La Grange des Tilleuls has been recently very tastefully converted by us from former wine production and farm buildings into a large and spacious two storey holiday home.
It has the benefit of spectacular open plan living, dining and fully fitted kitchen areas with exposed roof trusses which add to its character.
There are four bedrooms, three en-suite, and a family bathroom, with one bedroom leading directly out onto the large south facing covered terrace and the swimming pool. The sleeping arrangements include two double beds, one kingsize bed which can be converted into two single beds as required and two single beds . Baby bed, high chair and security gate are available by prior arrangement.
The property has a its own garden, boules court and private parking for up to 4 vehicles.
It is within walking distance of all of the amenities of Lablachère but is in a calm and tranquil setting.
The barn is equipped with fridges, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and heating for the winter.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and its depth is between 1m and 1.5m.
