Welcome to The Lake! This 2020 custom built 3,000 sq foot home, is located on the private waters of Lake Columbia. Enjoy over 800 acres of waterfun on this all sports lake, without the congestion of a public lake. This home features a sandy walkout beach with 100 feet of shallaw water, perfect for families of all ages to enjoy! No need to pack sand toys, home includes tons of kids beach toys, tubes, floats and padleboards. Enjoy paddleboarding on the calm water with the sunrise, or enjoy a drink with the sunset views on the large covered deck or even in the hot tub!
Home is open concept, with large windows and enough room for kids and adults to enjoy some seperate spaces. Home features a master bedroom, with King bed, and seperate master bath with large walk in shower and walk in closet. 2 other bedrooms offer queen size bunk beds, both with walk in closets. Other sleeping areas include an oversized chaise lounge, overlooking the lake from the 2nd floor sitting area.
As this is a private lake, non-resident boats are not allowed, but 22' pontoon rental is available upon request.
