Chalet de la Vanoise is a 4 Star family-run chalet which is open all year round (CATERED chalet in the winter - Self catered the rest of the year) with personal touches such as an outdoor hot tub, sauna with hammam option and heated boot warmers for 20 pairs. It is a wonderfully equipped chalet thoughtfully set out over 5 levels with lots of attention to detail - even a private guest kitchen for your own use with a fridge andwashing machine. There are 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Each suite is en-suite. Every bathroom has a shower, 2 with baths, bathrobes, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries included. Each Suite has WIFI access, UK Sockets and a Stereo/IPOD docking station as well as lovely linen, furnishings and views. There is a well-stocked library, a spacious sauna with a hammam option and this can be followed by a power shower in our Disco Douche or a hop into the hot tub! The playroom is fab and kids love it as it has WII, Xbox, TV with DVDs, games table football and large sofa.The spacious lounge/diner is a hit with the families as are our home-made high teas for the children. The adults can then relax later on with great food and wine while the little ones recharge their batteries. There is a surround-sound cinema system in the lounge. It really is in an ideal ski in location in the winter as it is only 150m from the start of 425 kms of piste and 10 mins from the village. The new SPA is only 5 mins away and is a relaxing après-ski activity if the local lounge bar doesn't beckon. We have a private car park and can take beginners to their lessons. This really is an ideal base for families or groups looking for a homely winter holiday. If you want catered,the chalet is fully serviced by an experienced team and we have a professional chef whose food is amazing ! All extras are organised for you from the minute you book with us from ski lessons and special priced passes ski passes. Childcare and massages available in house. Ski fitting is in house while you enjoy a welcome drink and canapés. Superb Venue in the summer for road/mountain biking activity holidays - you can even fit in a trip to Italy on skis or by car within an hour. The area is stunning and well worth a visit and our chalet is the ideal base all year round ! We have a large private car park at the chalet with parking for up to 6 cars and an electric charging point will be installed.
