Summary: Poor bed - sofa bed and creaky at night Room heaters do not work always Unclean, dirty, used blankets with lot of dust No shampoo, conditioner or body wash - have to ask the receptionist every time, not even an extra toilet roll Given the high price already, there was extra charges for the swimming pool Had many indoor games but all are paid, facility does not offer any free entertainment Indoor parking available Spa and pool was good Dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing Area is quite, calm and beautiful
