Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. All shops nearby 5 minutes walk, carrefour market, intermarché, are 5 minutes by car. Lake Annecy is a 10-minute drive away. "Free" shuttles to go to Doussard beach stop opposite apartment at the end of the car park, as well as a bus service to go to Annecy or Albertville stop also opposite apartment. These free shuttles also work in the summer to go to the beach of Doussard (lifeguard) and be able to bathe in all tranquility in a very pure water. There is also the Sambuy station where many walks and entertainment are to be done. Ski lift, summer toboggan ect ..... the Sambuy located 20 minutes (free shuttle to go) altitude restaurant and many walks available to everyone. You can also visit Chamonix and its sea of ice with the little Montenvers train that will take you to the summit. Many village festivals are also to be made with typical meals of our region. An essential place too, the Col de la Forclaz with unique views of Lake Annecy and you can witness the takeoff paragliding and hang gliding even make a baptism of air with a qualified instructor.
