## Space Superb apartment under the roofs of a beautiful period building, 2 bedrooms, completely renovated with quality materials and located in the center of Montpellier close to the famous Place de la Comedie and its tram stop. Rare location! Surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Gare SNCF and Le Polygone shopping center less than 5 min walk. The ideal base for exploring Montpellier and its surroundings. This apartment completely renovated and perfectly equipped, will seduce you for sure! The charm of the old with a modern decoration, ideal for a pleasant stay with family, couple or during a business trip thanks to its central location. It can accommodate up to 6 people with an additional cost beyond 4 people. It has 2 large private rooms very sunny, each with their own bathroom with toilet, a dressing room, an office / work area and air conditioning. Room # 2, the most spacious, also has a convertible sofa that can sleep extra for one or two people. However, be careful not to consider this extra bed with all the comfort of a real bed. A large living room not partitioned, consisting of a very cozy and attic space as a living room, a space to take your meals, with a dining table, open on the fully equipped kitchen (fridge / hotplates / micro- wave / kettle / coffee machine / toaster). Each room has its own bathroom with WC.
