Designed for two people, this 40 m² gîte opens onto 3 hectares of landscaped grounds. It features a lovely 30 m² covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas griddle, a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, a large bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200 cm), and a shower room with toilet, providing all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Bed linen is included in the price. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. A heating charge is applied from November 1st to March 31st, and varies depending on the weather. For safety reasons, charging 100% electric vehicles is prohibited. Only charging plug-in hybrid vehicles is permitted, and under certain conditions. The property is located on the D22 between the Moulin Blanc leisure park (7 km) and the Blaye Citadel (11 km).
