Positive: There is a rabbit in the yard :) The yard is big and nice, too bad it rained for us. The kitchen is well equipped, there is also an electric oven, very good for the colder months. The tap water is very good. The location is next to the Drac banks, there is a very good spot for jogging or biking. The people living in the same house are very nice and seemed helpful.

Negative: I've read the reviews and I knew the ceiling is low. I think it's just shy of 2m. But in the shower it was a big issue for me as the shower area is raised, so I had to shower in a very awkward position, me being 1.94m. Also the bed is small, 1.9m, this one I didn't get why. The pillows are not comfortable at all, I had neck pain each night: they look fluffy and full, but when you use them they deflate quickly almost completely. There was an odd smell coming from the toilet area. There is an internal heating system but it was not enough for December, it felt coldish, maybe no more than 20C inside. The whole studio, that is in the back of a 2 storey house, at ground level, looks like someone lived there for some time 10 years ago, half of the furniture was removed and now it's for short term rental: there are a lot of stains on the walls, furniture looks used, the rolling chair by the improvised desk (merely a plank) was definitely not clean, did not use it.
