Positive: Located in the countryside beside a cow farm. No smells whatsoever. No traffic, no pollution just nature at its best. 5 minutes by car to Montville which is a small village with plenty of shops and some of the best bakeries. It was a treat every morning.

Negative: We could not open the kitchen door due to insects (we were in the countryside). If there was an insect screen it would help as the door could be opened for some fresh air. However there is an airconditioner in the kitchen which helped a lot.

Summary: Will return for sure.
