We are offering this charming 100 m² flat in Vougy for rent, which can accommodate up to 11 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful, spacious bedrooms – two of which have en-suite showers – a bathroom, and a garden of around 300 m².

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, high chair, cot, bottle warmer, hairdryer, steam iron and ironing board, and a Brita filter jug.
Outdoors:
- An above-ground swimming pool (unheated and shared with the owners) measuring 5.49 × 2.75 × 1.35 m, accessible from 1 May to 1 November, from 10.00 to 22.00. The pool’s opening dates and times are provided for information only and are not binding.
- A garden shared with the owners, semi-enclosed and very sunny, with a swing available for children.
- A 20 m² terrace adjoining the first-floor flat, facing due west, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
